Bhushan is a three-time acquisition entrepreneur and lives in Tampa Bay, Florida with his wife and son.

He currently owns and operates two businesses: Custom Logo Cases, a branded device protection company serving global organizations like Harvard University, Mercedes-Benz, and Whole Foods Market, and a building materials distribution company serving the Tampa Bay hardscaping market.

Before moving into acquisitions, Bhushan founded multiple ventures, including a ketogenic meal company and a portable whiteboard product that became Amazon's #1 bestseller in its category and was featured in Wired.

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy, along with a master's in International Business and a bachelor's in Marketing, both from the University of Florida.

Bhushan supports the "Refining Your Target Statement" onboarding session, where his experience is especially relevant. Having acquired three businesses across very different industries and currently running two of them day to day, he brings a practical, operator-level perspective on what it means to define and narrow your search criteria. He understands firsthand how the business you target needs to align not just with your financial goals but with the kind of owner you're prepared to be.
